Clinical Therapist

Danielle Stone, LICSW

Specialty:  Perinatal mood disorders

Many of us experience anxiety and depression, or feel trapped by our trauma. Individuals who are pregnant, postpartum, and parenting are enduring both significant hormone shifts and life changes. Perhaps you continue to find yourself in unhealthy relationships or stuck in negative life patterns. These emotions can be overwhelming and leaving us to feel hopeless, unsatisfied with life, or even broken. Allow me to join you in a journey of self-exploration, in which together we will compassionately and curiously examine the roots of your emotional struggles and work towards a sense of healing and inner peace.

I have particular success in working with individuals (young people and adults) in crisis, individuals experiencing acute stressors, trauma/complex trauma, attachment, and dissociation. I hold a certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) through an accredited EMDRIA training facility.

I believe no two people or sessions are the same. Through this intimate process I will help you learn to connect with your authentic self, the true you, free of emotional suffering. Please feel free to contact me. I am happy to answer any questions. I look forward to connecting with you.
