We are a patient-centered practice dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care. Our goal is to offer the best possible treatment for every patient, with the time, attention, and resources that meaningful care requires for your individual needs rather than insurance-driven guidelines.
For this reason, we are an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. Low reimbursement rates from insurance companies often force naturopathic providers to cut corners—resulting in high patient volumes, rushed appointments, limited treatment options, and compromised techniques or materials. That model does not align with our values or standards of care.
By remaining out of network, we are able to keep our fees fair, spend more time with each patient, and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans. This approach allows us to utilize state-of-the-art technology and maintain the highest quality of care without the constraints imposed by insurance company fee structures.
Additionally, being in network often requires adherence to insurance-driven treatment guidelines and protocols. As an out-of-network provider, we are free to prioritize your health and well-being first—without limitations or mandates from insurance companies and other organizations.
Since we do not work with insurance, ultimately, the patient is responsible for all fees associated with treatment at our office, regardless of insurance reimbursement. The insurance contract exists solely between the insured (the patient) and the insurance company, and coverage varies widely among plans. We recommend that you reach out to your insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment with us to find out if and what they cover for Out of Network Naturopathic care, possible reimbursement for treatments we offer in our office, and for lab work through Quest/Labcorp or any of the specialty lab tests we offer to our patients.
Reminder: Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. A superbill will be provided at checkout for the patient to self-submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement.
