These fees do not include lab work that may be ordered which is most often covered by insurance, but occasionally independent labs are needed and will be your discretion if you would like to pursue this avenue.  The fees also do not cover the cost of supplements or other treatments.

Phone/Video consults are billed at the same rate.

We are "out-of-network" providers.  We do not accept insurance.  At the end of each visit you will be provided with a Superbill that you can self-submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.  We recommend that you reach out to your carrier prior to your visit, to confirm what naturopathic services they may cover.

​

Payment is expected at the time of visit.   There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Cancelled/rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the appointment fee regardless of the reason for cancellation.  

​

In CT, Naturopath physicians are not allowed to be primary care doctors or to provide medical exemptions.
