The visit is billed based on the length of time and the complexity of the case.  Invoices will be adjusted if you go over your scheduled amount of time.  Please come prepared with all of your questions.  The doctors will not provide free medical advice outside of scheduled appointments.

These fees do not include lab work that may be ordered. Some lab work may be covered by insurance, but occasionally independent labs are needed and will be to your discretion if you would like to pursue this avenue.  The appointment fee also does not cover the cost of supplements or other treatments.

**Phone calls & Video consults are billed at the same rate**

We are "out-of-network" providers.  We do not accept insurance.  At the end of each visit you will be provided with a Superbill that you can self-submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.  We recommend that you reach out to your carrier prior to your visit, to confirm what naturopathic services they may cover for out of network.  See exception below**

Payment is required at the time of visit.   There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Cancelled/rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the appointment fee regardless of the reason for cancellation.

In CT, Naturopath physicians are not allowed to be primary care doctors, perform physical examinations or to provide medical exemptions.

At this time, she is seeing adults over the age of 18 only.
