The visit is billed based on the length of time of the visit and the complexity of the case.

The visit is billed based on the length of time of the visit and the complexity of the case.
These fees do not include lab work that may be ordered which is most often covered by insurance but occasionally independent labs are needed and will be your discretion if you would like to pursue this avenue. The fees also do not cover the cost of supplements or other treatments.
Phone/Zoom consults are billed at the same rate.
We are "out-of-network" providers. This means that at the end of each visit you will be provided with a Superbill that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
Payment is expected at the time of visit. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours will be charged the appointment fee regardless of the reason for cancellation.
